Booking & advance payment
Appointments are booked bindingly and paid in advance via a secure payment provider.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment with full automatic refund. No refund after that. If you are prevented through no fault of your own (e.g. illness), we find a fair solution (§ 615 BGB).
