Why pay in advance?
Paying in advance secures your appointment and helps ensure that free times are not lost to other clients. You pay in advance via a secure payment provider.
How does cancellation work?
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, we automatically refund the full amount. After that, a refund is unfortunately no longer possible.
What if I'm prevented through no fault of my own?
If you are prevented through no fault of your own (e.g. illness), we will find a fair solution. Please contact your therapist as early as possible.
In which languages are sessions offered?
Our therapists offer sessions in German and English, some in further languages. You can see the available languages on each profile.
How discreet is booking?
Very. We only ask for the data needed for the appointment, there is no public patient profile and no forced account.
